Rachael is a born and bred Cantabrian, who also briefly lived in the North Island, but soon realised that Christchurch was the place where she and her family wished to settle.

Married with two children, Rachael, outside of work, can often be found spending time outdoors with her family, entertaining, landscaping their rural property, or traveling to exciting places.

Rachael is a people person, who has a genuine passion for recruitment and enjoys the satisfaction of connecting people to achieve their career aspirations. Prior to joining Crew, Rachael has over 10 years of industry experience, spanning from recruitment to analytics and data management across the APAC region.
