The role:
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading technical projects, conducting code reviews, and mentoring your team. Your role will involve close collaboration with developers and technical staff to ensure high-quality product development. You’ll ideally be hands-on with C++ and Unreal, helping out during crunch times and QA/testing phases. Your contributions will enhance the company’s DevOps capabilities, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
Your fit:
You are an experienced manager and programmer with some background in C++ and Unreal. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a knack for mentoring and optimising teams. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of technical project management. Experience in the Broadcast/TV industry would be an advantage.
